This privacy notice is provided by Alpaca Communications Limited (“Alpaca Communications”), the Data Controller for and on behalf of BF33C LHF Solar Limited (the “Project Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bluefield Solar Income Fund. This notice applies to the processing of your personal data for the duration of the construction process for the Low Horton project (the “Project”), which is being delivered by the Bluefield Group.

Alpaca Communications collects personal data about you when you partake in community engagement around the construction of the Project.

How we process your information
We use the personal data stated above for the following purposes:
· To help us understand who is taking part in the community engagement process and their potential needs;
· To understand the public view regarding the construction process and, if possible and practicable, to use feedback to inform the delivery of the scheme; and
· To keep you informed about the construction process and answer any questions you may have.
· To share with the persons delivering the project, which include but are not limited to, Bluefield Partners LLP (and its subsidiaries), Bluefield Services (and its subsidiaries) and their consultants, advisors, agents, contractors, and subcontractors (the “Project Team”). These persons may further process the personal data for the above purposes and in accordance with this section.
· To share with the Project Company and its parent as part of its community engagement initiatives.
What lawful basis do we have to process your personal data?
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. This is called the lawful basis. In regard to the above purposes, we rely on the following lawful basis:
· Consent: where you have provided your personal information for the purpose of keeping informed about the consultation and the planning application for the proposed development. Whenever you submit information via this site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

o Analyse the feedback, questions and comments we receive to understand public sentiment regarding the construction process.
o Use this analysis to inform the delivery of the project, including making practical changes where possible.
o Share your feedback with the Project Team and Project Company so they can understand, respond to, and act upon community views.
o Maintain a record of the engagement process and the issues raised.
Who is the information shared with?
The information collected as part of this public consultation is controlled and processed by Alpaca Communications as Data Controller. The information may be shared with the Project Company, the Project Team (including its employees and directors), and other relevant persons - as appropriate and in accordance with their Legitimate Interests, predominantly with the aim to answer questions and comments and to inform the delivery of the project.
Where is your personal data stored and processed?
All personal data collected is stored and processed within the United Kingdom.
Voluntary information
We may occasionally ask for further information about you to enable us to better provide you with appropriate services. You may at any time request that this information be removed from our database by writing to contactus@alpacacommunications.com. Users may find out what personal information we hold about themselves on our database at any time, by writing to the above address. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

Alpaca Communications also collects domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site.
